Miscellaneous stuff
I haven't posted anything in a long time. So here's just some random stuff:
1. I checked out Yahoo 360 degrees today. It's a good idea which integrates your photos, blogs, music, lists, etc in one place. It was interesting to search for people interested in "jive" dancing or Enya's music. That's the lists feature for you. And to top it off, the black theme it had looks amazingly radiant & cool. Check out my Yahoo 360. Oh and btw, it allows you to integrate feeds from your other blogs as well. So my blogger blogs also get displayed on that page.
2. I also tried out Google Desktop today. And it's a fabulous piece of software in itself. Two very good applications in one day is quite rare. I especially like the scratchpad, todo list and the itunes plugin (which allows me to play my music from inside Google Desktop). If you feel like giving it a shot, go here
3. The 2nd India-Pak ODI is gonna be tonight. I am excited about it ... i am sure we'll beat the Pakis this time.
4. My todo wishlist now includes:
a. Learning more AJAX ( google maps, gmail are the most well known websites that use this technology ... notice how much more smoother/interactive these sites feel)
b. Practicing more for my upcoming dance competition.
c. Make a truly amazing personal website.
d. A special cricket section (or a separate website at that) aimed at people who know nothing about cricket. Will try to highlight cricket's most interesting aspects there.
e. Read more of Modern C++ Design (I've read half of it multiple times) and get totally familiar with it.
f. Do my topsecret AJAX app (which would probably be plugin for Google Desktop).

I will have to check out all the things you mentioned (yahoo 360, etc.), but am on my way back to work. Maybe later tonight! Wanted to say "hi" and let's keep up the positive stuff for suchie! :) A page explaining cricket to us who know nothing may be a good idea. Also, update us on the dance competition. What style of dance?

I may be able to catch some of the 5th ODI, cuz I will be at home on Sunday, and we get those indian satellite channels.
